French Boxwood

Was at Cormark International today and saw a piece of boxwood. Asked about it and was told that it weights 47lbs and was bought through an estate sale with lumber dated to 1954. Very dense with grows rings that supposedly are around 600-700. Piece is branched. I think he said it was $30 per lb.

Just thought I would post it for those that might be interested, could probably get some photos of the piece if someone is interested.
