hi everyone
a leather carving i did to go on the centre of a harley davidson fuel tank
i hope you like

Hi Chris,

I think that we have not had leather carving shown on the forum yet. There must be some consideration made before carving, knowing the properties of the material to begin with. Thank you for sharing.

Well done, Chris. I don't see much in the way of leather carving other than the usual acorns and oak leaves on cowboy belts. This is a nice change. Will your tank panel be dyed or painted? Please post some pictures of it when it's mounted. Hey, I ride a Harley and like to see what others do with their bikes.

i did this for a clients show bike it was left natural and sealed with leather sealer so it will brown off i didnt see it on the bike it was longer the pic was croped i know it went under guages at top but not sure how he mounted the bottom i never seen it mounted i will try and follow up on a pic if i can thank you for your time and interest
