Has anyone used this sander? I am considering buying one and would like to hear fom someone who has one.

You didn't state what you wanted to use this sander for.This model is powered by a flex shaft and is very under powered .A better general belt sander would be the 2 X 42 or 4 X 36 from sears. Sears belt sander

I have a 6 x48 Delta sander but was looking for a bench sander for small work.

I have had it for about 3 years. Since it attaches to a flex shaft you can run it at whatever speed you want, that was why I found it attractive. I rarely use it now. Partly because I no longer have a permanent place to clamp it near my flexshaft and its usually not worth setting it up just to use for a minute. But it has pretty much been replaced by the NSK fine belt sander for the E-max micromotor. That set up is way more expensive, but it's much better suited for the work I do and I use it almost daily.
