A friend sent this essay on to me.
I loved the conversation on keeping the "flames of creativity" going.

I have found that in fact I do very much have a set pattern of creativity that my body and mind are in tune with. At certain times of the day, because it fits in with the schedule I have set up, my mind starts firing on all the different projects I have going or want to start.
I feel creative and inspired.

This essay really struck a chord with me. Enjoy.
