Hello to those who are registering to The Carving Path forum.

The process is fairly simple:

1) For your Display Name, please use your real name, such as your first name and last initial or just your first name.

2) Be sure to respond to the automated email from the forum that validates your email address. If you do not receive that message, your email is either: caught in your spam filter, did not reach your inbox for some reason (is your inbox full for instance), or is not a valid email address.

3) Write a message to The Carving Path Administrator, describing briefly your interest in carving in the small scale. E-mail address: admin@thecarvingpath.net

Currently there are some registrants who have not responded to the validation message, and/or, my messages to them bounce back to me undelivered. That results in the registration not being completed.

At this time, I am not validating new registrations who use nicknames that are not real names. The request for a real name is two fold, at the least of my reasoning. Members are real people who appreciate communicating with other real people, and it helps to know that the registrant is not an automated spam bot registering.

I apologize to those who are trying to register and hit a speed bump and have to wait for the process to be completed.
