Hi everyone,

Beeing a new member, I thought it might be a good idea to introduce myself to everyone.
So, I'm Christophe, originally from France, but now living in portugal, I just start carving, my aim is to carve bone, but for the moment I'm using beech wood 'cos I get it for free :unsure:
I hope I will be able to do nice carving, but for the moment I'm just enjoying trying to carve, it act as a meditation....
Anyway, I add 1 picture of my first attempt, the picture shows my second hook and the one part I could save from my third attempt that did break during the sanding :D
