Janel has produced a nice video showing some of her tools in use carving a dogwood flower and leaf, and Tassos has very generously volunteered to host them on his web site.

Please note the large file sizes of these videos - to respect Tassos' bandwidth, it would be best to download the videos to your computer ONCE, rather than visiting his web site each time you wish to view them. PC users should right-click the appropriate link, and Mac users should control-click and choose Save Link Target (Netscape browser); Download Linked File (Safari); or Download Link to Disk (Internet Explorer).

Small WMV format A halfsize .wmv file for Windows Media Player

Hi all, Tassos (or member name:Toscano) has asked that I post the following information, regarding future submissions. This first tutorial is a project in itself, as Tassos figures out what will work and how to improve the options. I also learned a lot with my first ever movie production.
--------

For each video I will include four versions:
Two Windows Media Video (.wmv), one large and one small,
Two Quicktime (.mov), one large and one small.
This should hopefully cover most computers and internet connections.

If these options don't work for someone, they should feel free to PM me.
I can do one of many things:
Upload another filetype that works better for them,
Send them a CD with the files for their computer (if their internet connection is too slow or non-existent),
Or send them a DVD to view on their TV.

Anyone interested in contributing a tutorial video to the forum, should PM me about how to send me the videos so I can upload them. It's probably better to talk to me about it, before the videos are shot (if possible of course) so we can discuss the various options.

Please feel free to also PM me for any other suggestions or comments.
