Here´s one question: What is the small figure, I think that is a boy, doing with his hand? It reminds me of an African gesture that symbolize a penis, the Brazilians call it Figa. In the tradition of the peoples of the Russian Empire figa - "kukish' can be considered as negation, for example the answer to government to an increase in the taxes. Thanks for the explanation. We have an expression that is also a negation with some sarcasm in it that is called "Minga", but is impossible to describe, or at least for me.
