fkvesic Posted November 10, 2008 Report Share Posted November 10, 2008 I've found two suppliers of boxwood in the UK other than the billets from Ockenden Timbers - http://www.ockenden-timber.co.uk/ One is Hexhamshire Hardwoods (Hagwood, Whitley Chapel, Hexham, Northumberland, NE47 0HB. tel: 01434 673 528) in the north of England and the other is Lanarkshire Hardwoods - http://www.lanarkshirehardwoods.co.uk/ - in Scotland. Both supply unseasoned logs only and the Lanarkshire outlet is cheaper than the Hexham one; both owners know their woods, too, and will post the logs if people can't get to them.
