Richard Simon
I may be a bit different, as my wood carving is only part of what I work at, which is creating very small (1:160), museum quality (hopefully) ship models, mainly French 18th century warships. The originals were fairly ornate, hence mine involve figureheads and decorations carved in boxwood, overlaid on Gaboon ebony and Swiss pear planking. Once I figure out how to load properly sized photos, I will try to share a few images. In real life, I am a semi-retired attorney living in Malibu CA. Janel
Hi Richard, I have some photos from when we met years ago after my return from the netsuke convention. I could post a few of the project you were working on at the time. Welcome! Janel
