Sebastián Urresti
Hello Guys: I was reading the topic on Ukibori and here is the question: Can we use the same Ukibori technic that is used for wood in bone? Is it very different? If so, how can be made? Thank you all, Sebas P.S.: I think that this question is misplaced... The next question will be posted in the techniques area, a newbie problem here... Janel
I have not tried it, have you? My guess is that the bone is too solid, too compact, too inflexible, to be able to compress, sand down, and then raise. Not all woods are candidates for ukibori, for that matter. Give it a try and let us know, about bone/ukibori.
